Fotosko fully respects your right to privacy and applies a strict policy of compliance with the provisions of data protection laws.

At certain times, as a result of your interaction with our transactional site, Fotosko may hold and process personal information obtained about you for the purpose of providing services to you.

In order to protect access to our clients' photos, only those persons authorized to see them will receive an access code. In addition, in order to access the photos, you must register, always with the aim of protecting access to the photos. By registering on our transactional ordering site, you consent to this collection and use of your information.

Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of providing you with the service for which we have been engaged and will only be provided to third parties such as (but not limited to) a printer or delivery service.

Please note that we will never use your children's photos for advertising or on social networks without prior permission from a parent or guardian.

Fotosko may also use this data to send you information about the company's products and/or services related to the completion of the initial contract. The company must obtain additional authorization from you if it wishes to inform you of new products and/or services afterwards.
